Only Service Providers identified as "ValueStar Customer-Rated Gold" and "ValueStar Customer-Rated" as determined by the criteria established by ValueStar, are authorized to use the ValueStar seals (Marks) under the guidelines within the ValueStar Service Business User Agreement . Service Providers are authorized to display the ValueStar Marks only so long as they continue to meet ValueStar's requirements. The ValueStar seals cannot be used to advertise or promote services that are substantially different than those for which these seals were earned.

If you see a business that is displaying the ValueStar seals in their advertising or place of business, it's always a good idea to check this website to make sure they're properly authorized to use those seals. ValueStar is a popular and well-known brand and there have been cases in the past of service providers using the seals unethically. ValueStar will not provide benefits, including the $1,000 Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee, dispute resolution services, and ValueStar Rewards points, for transactions with businesses that are using the ValueStar seals without authorization.
