Our valuable business listings are free to all consumers. Since the program's inception, ValueStar has rated thousands of service businesses across hundreds of industries. By looking for the ValueStar Customer-Rated seal displayed by businesses proven to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and by consulting the ValueStar.com online directory, consumers can easily—and for free—identify service businesses they can trust.
But there's more: if you choose to enroll in the ValueStar Program, you are able to start rating service companies and immediately qualify for our valuable ValueStar Program benefits. Additionally, your feedback about local service companies ensures that these businesses live up to the promises they make. You influence the ValueStar ratings these companies earn and they know it, giving more power to you as the consumer.
ValueStar Program Benefits
When you submit feedback on either a ValueStar Customer-Rated business or a business in the ValueStar Verified program you receive:
- ValueStar Rewards. You'll receive ValueStar Rewards points each time you purchase a service from a ValueStar Customer-Rated business , or a business in the ValueStar Verified program, and rate your experience for us within 90 days of having received the service. You earn one ValueStar Reward point for each dollar spent (up to $10,000 per transaction). Your ValueStar Rewards points can be redeemed for merchandise and gift cards from popular national retailers. Points are tracked in your ValueStar account and are valid for three years from the date they are awarded.
Submitting feedback on a ValueStar Customer-Rated business also earns:
- ValueStar's $1,000 Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee. Your satisfaction is guaranteed in the ValueStar Customer-Rated program. If a dispute arises with a ValueStar Customer-Rated business you have used (and rated within 90 days thereafter) and you are still not satisfied after participating in our free dispute resolution service, we will reimburse you the cost of the original services up to $1,000.
- Free Dispute Resolution Service. If a conflict arises between you and a ValueStar Customer-Rated Service Provider, ValueStar will provide free dispute resolution services. Experienced staff members at ValueStar's Customer Care Center are available from 9 am to 5 pm (EST) Monday through Friday.

You activate your ValueStar Program benefits when you PURCHASE from a ValueStar Customer-Rated Service Provider and RATE the transaction online within 90 days of having received the service.
