Rating ValueStar service businesses after your transaction is easy! Once you have enrolled in the ValueStar program, you can rate providers one of two ways, whichever is more convenient for you.

Receive Automatic Notifications to Rate a Service Providers

You can choose to have your transactions with ValueStar businesses automatically screened using your credit card number (it's free, and very secure—we don't need your credit card expiration date or security code).

Registering your credit card with ValueStar allows us to immediately send you a satisfaction survey by email every time you make a purchase from a ValueStar business.  This also saves you from having to remember to submit your rating and makes it easier for you to receive your ValueStar Rewards points for all your ValueStar transactions, and your ValueStar $1,000 Money-Back Guarantee for transactions with ValueStar Customer-Rated businesses.

You may register new credit cards, delete cards or update your credit card information at any time by updating your profile from within your ValueStar account.  If you are not currently a ValueStar Consumer, you may enroll now, register a credit card and begin earning points on future transactions with ValueStar service businesses.  ValueStar assures the privacy and security of your account information, credit card information, and password.

Manually Rating Service Providers

You can manually identify and provide feedback on a transaction with a ValueStar business by visiting our website. Of course, this may not be as convenient for you as receiving a survey automatically from us by registering one or more of your credit cards with us.

If you have chosen not to register your credit cards or if you paid for a ValueStar transaction with cash or check, you can always search for your service provider's listing at the ValueStar.com website and directly enter your ratings information electronically online.  ValueStar will then validate the transaction rated online with the Service Provider (which normally takes less than five business days) and once verified, your ValueStar Rewards points will immediately be available for you to redeem.
