Lou Morsberger
President & CEO
Lou Morsberger, President & CEO of Service Ratings LLC, the corporate owner and operator of ValueStar, brings to the company a track record of leadership in fast-growing, industry-changing companies in the consumer services realm. Prior to joining Service Ratings, Lou was the head of Internet cross-selling for Capital One Financial, the 5th-largest issuer of Visa and MasterCard in the United States and a leader in database marketing techniques. From 1995 through 1998, he was with Circuit City Stores, serving ultimately as regional General Manager for the company's mid-Atlantic operations where he led a dramatic turnaround in the region's customer satisfaction. His role at Circuit City was preceded by his efforts as head of planning for Fresh Fields Markets, a pioneer in the healthy foods grocery category, which was acquired by Whole Foods. Earlier in his career, Lou was an associate with the Boston Consulting Group where he focused on information-based marketing. He received his B.A. from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School .
Mike Kelly
Vice President of Operations
Mike Kelly, Vice President of Operations, has been a key member of the ValueStar management team since 1998, prior to the company's acquisition by Service Ratings, LLC. From 1998 to 2001 Mike managed ValueStar's finance department and oversaw the building of ValueStar's transaction engine, a key component of the ValueStar Real-Time Ratings Process. Prior to joining ValueStar, Mike worked for six years in the materials handling industry, holding key positions in operations, finance and general management, with a primary focus on business process improvement and partner relations. Mike obtained a B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame in 1992.

J. Mitchell Hull
Founder & Chairman of the Board
J. Mitchell Hull, Chairman of Service Ratings LLC, was one of the largest investors in the prior ValueStar Corporation. In late 2001 he led the formation of Service Ratings, LLC for the purpose of acquiring ValueStar, an effort reflecting his dedication to ValueStar's mission of empowering the consumer. Mitch is the founder and President of Hull Capital Management, which manages PIPE Equity Partners, LLC. Prior to forming Hull Capital, Mitch was Vice President in the Individual Investor Group of Morgan Stanley (1985-1991) and was an investment manager at L.F. Rothschild (1982-1985). He began his career at Mercantile Safe Deposit & Trust. Mitch obtained a B.A. in Economics and Business from North Carolina State in 1981.

Andrea Aronson
Given her experience as a senior marketing executive with multiple leading U.S. credit card issuers, Andrea Aronson is well-positioned to advise Service Ratings, LLC on the launch and expansion of ValueStar and how best to gain rapid consumer awareness of ValueStar's compelling benefits. Andrea was most recently Senior Vice President, Customer Marketing, for FirstUSA/BankOne, where she was responsible for customer loyalty programs and increasing cardholder usage of the company's numerous credit card products. Andrea joined FirstUSA from American Express, where she directed loyalty program marketing, co-branding, and other partner relations programs. Andrea received her B.A. From Dartmouth College and her MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania .
Rajesh Raichoudhury
Rajesh Raichoudhury is an internet entrepreneur who created the first web calendar program (purchased by Yahoo in 1998). Rajesh subsequently co-founded and served as Chairman of one of the most popular websites in the world, Bartleby.com. In addition, he serves on the boards of several other companies, often in the role of technology adviser. He is a sought after business consultant and partner in the Silicon Valley venture capital group Angel Investors, which makes investments in new technology companies.
Steven L. Van Fleet
With his background as a senior marketing executive with leading financial services and payments processing companies, Steve Van Fleet is one of the country's foremost experts on the development and launch of new payments processing products for retail and service merchants. Steve was most recently Senior Vice President for Product Management with First Data Corporation, the largest processor of credit card transactions in the U.S. In that role he was responsible for the introduction of new merchant-focused payments-related products and services, including those taking advantage of technology innovations in the Internet, wireless, and software arenas. Prior to joining First Data, Steve was Senior Vice President for U.S. Consumer Products for MasterCard International, where he was responsible for all of MasterCard's consumer payment products in the U.S., and where he also led the development and launch of numerous new payment methods, including stored value and loyalty cards. Steve received his undergraduate degree in marketing and MIS from Northern Arizona University (where he graduated Summa Cum Laude). He received an MBA from University of Houston (Magna Cum Laude) and a Juris Doctorate from Depaul University . |
